100 milliliters dry white wine
800 milliliters Broth
300 grams Camembert

Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop shallot and garlic. In a pot, cook shallot and garlic in melted butter until translucent. Sprinkle with flour, pour in wine and broth, cover and simmer over low heat, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and puree. Dice cheese and stir into soup until melted. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with thyme.
