½ Camembert (or Brietorte about 1.5 kg-about 3 pounds)
200 grams lingonberry jam
2 sheets white gelatin
250 grams blue and green Grape
3 Kiwi
5 Strawberries

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the Camembert in half horizontally using a thin piece of string. Soften the gelatin in cold water and squeeze it.

2.

Heat the lemon juice in a small pan, add the gelatin and stir until dissolved. In a bowl, stir together the gelatin and the cranberries. Place the bottom layer of the cheese on a plate and spread the cranberry mixture over and place the other half of the cheese on top. Refrigerate.

3.

For decorating: Risne the grapes and strawberries. Peel and slice the kiwis. Scatter the fruit around the cheese and serve.
