600 milliliters milk
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsps cornstarch
80 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
Whipped cream (for serving)

Preparation steps

Separate the egg. Whisk the egg yolks with 4-5 tablespoons milk and the cornstarch. Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan with 4-5 tablespoons water. Deglaze with the remaining milk and stir until the caramel dissolves. Remove from the heat and slowly whisk into the egg yolk mixture. Return to the saucepan and stir until thickened. Whip the egg whites and salt until stiff and fold into the hot pudding. Divide between 4 serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator.
