Nutritional values
Carrots and mango contain vitamin A, which plays an important role in cell formation and renewal in our skin. The defensive vitamin C in baby food also protects our youngest children from colds.
Instead of adding the mango pulp directly to the porridge, it can also be served as dessert.

Preparation steps
Clean, wash and peel the carrot thoroughly. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into small pieces together with the carrot.
Put the carrot with the potatoes and some water in a pot and cook for 10 minutes at medium heat.
Drain, then while hot, mash the potatoes, carrot and oat flakes together with the mango pulp. Then stir in the canola oil. If the mash is too thick, add some more water. Check temperature and feed.
