- 600 grams Ground beef
- salt
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp sweet ground paprika
- 1 egg yolk
- vegetable oil
- Wooden skewer
Preparation steps
1.
Knead the ground beef, pressed garlic, shallots, paprika and egg yolks, season with salt and shape into thumb-sized rolls.
2.
Thread onto wooden skewers, brush with oil and cook slowly on an oil grill until browned. Remove from grill and serve.
