- 2 unwaxed Limes (juiced; the zest of one finely sliced)
- ½ inch fresh ginger (finely grated)
- 2 cups pork fillets (very fresh; cut into 1 cm dice)
Preparation steps

Mix the fish with the lime juice and ginger and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Place serving rings of approx. 8 cm in diameter on plates and fill with the fish mixture. Scatter the lime peel on top, remove the rings and serve.
