Preparation steps

1.

Butter springform pan.

2.

Mix flour with baking powder, quark, 6 tablespoons of milk, 6 tablespoons of oil and salt. Qickly knead into smooth pastry. Roll out on a floured surface and line buttered pan with it, making an edge all around. Prick pastry on the bottom several times with a fork. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 10 minutes.

3.

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat remaining oil in a pan and saute mushrooms for about 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Whisk eggs, remaining milk and cheese, season with salt and pepper and combine with mushrooms. Spread mixture on the pastry. Reduce oven temperature to 180°C (approximately 350°F) and bake tart for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
