- 2 cups fresh gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp mixed, dried Fresh herbs
- 2 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 4 eggs (separated)
- salt (to taste)
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 3 Tbsps Pumpkin seed

1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Melon baller, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease 4-6 individual baking dishes.

Put the butter, breadcrumbs and herbs into a bowl.
3.
Heat the milk to a boil, then pour into the breadcrumbs. Add the cream cheese, egg yolks, salt, and cayenne pepper. Beat well.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then gradually fold into the mixture.
5.
Put into the dishes and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
6.
Bake for about 20 minutes until risen and browned.
