Ingredients

For the cheese balls
2 Zucchini
400 grams Goat cheese
2 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 splash lemon juice
For the vinaigrette
2 Tbsps lemon juice
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp light Sesame seeds
1 tsp colorful Mustard seed
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry zucchini, cut into long thin strips with a potato peeler.

Combine goat cheese with parmesan and cream, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a splash of lemon juice to taste. Mix well and form balls out of mixture. Wrap balls with zucchini strips in crisscross pattern and arrange on plates. For the vinaigrette: combine lemon juice with oil, sesame and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Drizzle cheese balls with the dressing.
