350 grams Cheese (sliced, such as Berg cheese and Gouda)
1 bunch Radish
½ Cucumber
2 Pickled cucumbers
1 bunch scallions
1 bunch Chives
½ bunch Dill
2 tsps Mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsps sunflower oil
1 Tbsp Sour cream
salt
white peppers
ground paprika

Preparation steps

1.

Cut both cheeses into thin strips. Rinse radishes and cucumber, cut both into strips. Finely dice cornichons. Rinse and dry scallions, cut green parts into thin rings. 

2.

Rinse herbs and shake dry. Cut chives into rings, chop dill. Prepare dressing by whisking mustard, lemon juice and vinegar together, add chives and oil. Add sour cream, if desired, and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

3.

Combine cheese with radishes, cucumber, cornichons and scallions, toss with the dressing. Garnish with dill and serve.
