- 250 grams Pastry flour
- ½ cube Yeast
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- 150 milliliters olive oil
- 100 grams grated Gruyere
- 4 eggs
- salt
- 100 grams coarsely chopped Walnut
- coarsely chopped black Olives
Preparation steps

Dissolve the yeast in 2 tablespoons of the lukewarm water. Stir the dissolved yeast into the flour. Gradually add the white wine and olive oil and mix well. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Add the eggs and a pinch of salt to the dough and knead until smooth. Knead in the grated cheese, chopped walnuts and chopped olives.

Shape the dough into a loaf, place on a well-greased baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 1 hour, until golden brown.
4.
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
