- 2 sprigs dried Lavender
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 pc Lemon peel
- 600 milliliters milk
- 250 grams Arborio rice
- 60 grams sugar
- 200 grams Cherries
- 100 milliliters Cabbage
Preparation steps

Pluck some flowers from the lavender and set aside. Pour the rest of lavender with the cinnamon stick and lemon peel into the milk. Bring to a boil and sprinkle in the rice. Add 40-50 grams (approximately 1/8-1/4 cup) of sugar and let the rice swell in a closed pot for about 35 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Rinse and remove the pits of the cherries. Caramelize the remaining sugar in a pan. Deglaze with the cherry juice and stir. Pour in the cherries and cook for 3-5 minutes in the sauce.

Remove the cinnamon, lemon zest and lavender twigs from the rice, pour in glasses and place some cherries on top. Before serving, sprinkle with the remaining lavender.
