Nutritional values

The vegan fruit dessert scores with lots of superfoods, including exotic chia seeds and local berries. This mix offers many valuable fats, antioxidants and fiber.

The chia pudding is ideal for those who do not have time in the morning to prepare a balanced breakfast. To have enough time to swell, the chia seeds need at least two hours - so you are welcome to prepare the mixture the night before and then only have to enjoy in the morning.
