- 600 grams Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- ½ tsp sweet ground paprika
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 Red Bell pepper
- salt
- peppers
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp scallions
- 150 grams low-fat Quark
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation steps

For the skewers: Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Toss with the oil and paprika. Rinse the zucchini, trim and slice. Cut the peppers in half, trim, rinse and cut into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the chicken, zucchini and bell pepper pieces alternately on 8-12 soaked wooden skewers. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

For the sauce: Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and dice. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Mix the cucumber, garlic, chives, quark and lemon juice together and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the skewers with the quark sauce.
