Ingredients
1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
3 cups boneless, skinless Chicken breasts (rinsed and cut into bite size pieces)
1 medium, red Bell pepper (rinsed; seeded and sliced into strips)
1 medium, green Bell pepper (rinsed; seeded and sliced into strips)
1 cup carrots
1 small onion (peeled and sliced)
2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
1 tsp black Sesame seeds
5 ¼ cups Baby spinach (rinsed)
½ cup Chicken broth

Preparation steps

1.
Heat sesame oil in wok or large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add chicken; stir-fry about 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Remove chicken from wok.
2.
Add bell peppers, carrots strips, onion, and garlic to wok; stir-fry 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with five-spice powder and sesame seeds; cook and stir 1 minute.
3.
Add chicken broth; heat to a boil. Add spinach and cook until just wilted. Return chicken to the wok, heat through, stirring gently.
4.
Divide among serving bowls. Serve over alone or with rice.
