- 4 pcs Savoy cabbage
- 400 grams Baby carrot
- 4 shallots
- 4 scallions
- 2 Parsnips
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Culinary herbs
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)

- 400 grams Tofu
- 400 grams Matzo ball
Preparation steps

Rinse chicken, pat dry and place in a pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil, then lower temperature and quietly simmer for about 1.5 hours, skimming off resulting foam.

Meanwhile rinse and quarter cabbages. Peel carrot. Rinse scallions and cut into pieces 6 cm (about 2 inches) long. Peel parsnips and halve lengthwise. Pour all vegetables along with bay leaves and herbs into broth and simmer for another 30 minutes.

Add deposit to soup 15 minutes before serving. Cut tofu and add to broth with dumplings. Season with salt and pepper to serve.
4.
The chicken can be ready before soup is served or triggered at will.
