- 2 ripe Mangoes
- 3 baby Cucumber (or 1 1/2 normal cucumbers)
- Peanuts (roasted and chopped)
- 1 bunch cilantro
- ½ bunch mint
- 1 small, red chili pepper
- 1 Tbsp Mango chutney
- dark sesame oil
- 4 Limes
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- 2 Chicken breasts
- soy sauce
- wooden Skewer
- 1 Lime (thinly sliced)

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Wooden skewer, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Blender
Preparation steps

Peel the mangos and cucumbers and cut into equal-sized pieces. Chop the coriander and mint and mix with the mango, cucumber and peanuts.

Mix the mango chutney with 1/2 tbsp sesame oil and the juice of 2 limes and add to the salad. Mix well and briefly leave to stand. Season with salt and pepper and add chopped and deseeded chilli to taste.

Cut the chicken into long strips. Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil and the juice of 2 limes to make a marinade and marinate the chicken for about 1 hour. Then thread the strips of chicken onto thin wooden skewers and either fry or grill.

Pile the mango and cucumber salad on plates, add a few lime slices and put the chicken skewers on top. Serve immediately.
