1 Tbsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Mix lemon juice, soy sauce and honey, season with salt and pepper and marinate the diced chicken for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

2.

Peel mango, cut into thick slices around the pit and dice the slices into cubes. Alternately thread mango and chicken cubes on wooden skewers and grill under the oven broiler (watching carefully) or on a preheated grill for about 7 minutes. 

3.

Serve warm or cold.
