Chicken Thighs with Garlic, Lemon and Thyme
Healthy, because
Even smarter
The chicken drumsticks score with plenty of high-quality protein. We need this in our body as a building material for muscles, cells, messenger substances and hormones. The garlic not only gives the dish a spicy taste, but also brings an extra portion of essential oils which are able to fight bacteria and viruses that cause illness.
This dish pairs beautifully with some brown rice and a simple side salad.
