Preparation steps

Rinse the chile pepper, remove seeds and cut into thin strips, then mix in a bowl with the oil and salt and let sit for about 20 minutes.

Halve the mozzarella and thinly slice. Peel the papaya, halve lengthwise and remove seeds with a spoon. Cut the papaya halves crosswise into slices. Rinse and shake dry the basil and pluck the leaves from the stems.

3.

Arrange the mozzarella slices, papaya and basil leaves decoratively on plates and drizzle with the prepared chile oil.
