- 1 Cucumber
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp Peppermint leaf
- 200 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 600 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and halve the cucumber. Scrape out the seeds and then dice small. Peel the garlic, and puree with the cucumber, mint, and broth.

Pass through a fine strainer, then mix with the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and divide into glasses. Garnish with mint leaves.
