5 Pear
½ bunch Chives
50 milliliters Carrot juice
4 Tbsps Corn oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry the cabbage and cut into fine strips.

2.

Peel and quarter the pears and cut out the cores. Chop the pulp of 4 pears into cubes and/or cut out with a melon baller.

3.

Rinse the chives, cut into small rings and mix with the cabbage and pear cubes.

4.

For the dressing, grate the remaining pear finely and mix with the carrot juice and oil and season with salt.

5.

Drizzle the salad with the dressing and leave to marinate for about 10 minutes before serving.
