- For the crust
- 30 Oreos
- 0.333 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- For the filling
- 1.333 cups cream (48% fat)
- 2 ¼ cups cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 unwaxed lemon (finely grated zest)
- 6 Oreos (roughly chopped)
Preparation steps

For the crust: butter a 23 cm|9" springform tin.

Remove the cream filling from the biscuits. Crush the biscuits to crumbs and stir in the melted butter. Press into the base and up the sides of the tin and chill.

For the filling: whisk the cream until thick, then whisk in the cream cheese.
4.
Sift in the icing sugar and stir to combine. Stir in the lemon zest and chopped Oreos.
5.
Spoon into the crust, cover and chill overnight.
