Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water.
2.
Place a wire rack over a sheet of cling film or non-stick baking paper.
3.
Dip the nuts into the melted chocolate a few at a time, then remove with a fork, tapping it on the side of the bowl to allow the excess chocolate to run off. Carefully place on the wire rack and leave until almost set.
4.
Roll in the cocoa powder and chill for 30 minutes.
