- ½ cup butter
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- ¾ cup Yogurt
- ½ cup Chocolate chip
- 2 Tbsps cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsps Rum
- powdered sugar
- 12 clover leaf shaped, green Marzipan
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and line a muffin tin with paper cases.

Melt the butter and leave to cool slightly.
3.
Mix together the flour, baking powder and the baking soda and beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the yoghurt and quickly fold in the dry ingredients.

Split the mixture in half and stir the chocolate chips into one mixture. Stir the cocoa and the rum into the other. Transfer the mixtures to the paper cases and bake for around 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Dust with icing sugar and decorate with marzipan clover leaves and mini toadstool candles, or other lucky decorations.
