- 50 grams Hazelnuts (peeled)
- 50 grams Walnut
- 2 Tbsps Pistachio (peeled)
- 75 grams brown sugar
- 1 pkg Vanilla sugar
- 100 Dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsps cocoa powder
- 225 milliliters Whipped cream
Preparation steps

Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan until fragrant. Let cool. Finely grind the nuts, sugar and vanilla sugar in a blender.

Chop the chocolate and melt in a saucepan with the cream, stirring constantly. Stir in the nuts and cocoa powder. Remove from the heat and continue stirring, allowing the mixture to cool. When the mixture starts to become creamy and firm, pour it into a jar. Chill in the refrigerator.

Remove from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving, so that the mixture can be spread. Store in the refrigerator and serve with bread.
