1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Blender, 1 Teaspoon
Preparation steps
1.
Bring a pan of salted water to a boil and drop in the tomatoes for 30 seconds. Remove from the water, peel and slice. Set aside.

Heat 4 tbsp oil in a wide pan and fry the chorizo slices for about 5 minutes, turning once. Set aside.
3.
Heat the remaining oil in the pan and gently cook the onion until soft. Add the garlic, cook for 2 minutes then add the tomatoes.
4.
Cover the pan and simmer for 8 minutes, adding a little water if necessary.
5.
Add the chorizo and the thyme sprigs and cook for a further 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
