1 Tbsp vegetable oil
600 milliliters Vegetable broth
600 milliliters Fish broth

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes and onion and dice. Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. In a saucepan, heat the oil and sweat the onion until translucent.

2.

Add the potatoes and broth. Season with salt and pepper and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the fish and season with salt and pepper. Serve in warmed serving bowls.
