Preparation steps
1.
Remove the zest from two of the limes and set aside for the garnish. Squeeze the juice from these limes and heat gently in a small pan with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Set the syrup aside to cool.
2.
Cut the remaining limes into thin slices. Place the yoghurt, cream and lime syrup into a bowl and whip lightly.
3.
Arrange the lime slices against the sides of four serving glasses. Spoon in the yoghurt mixture and top with the lime zest.
