- 32 ozs ground Beef
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 cups canned Tomato sauce
- ¾ cup Tomato paste
- 2 cups canned Tomatoes
- 2 cups canned Tomatoes (with green chiles)
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsps Chili powder
- 1 tsp ground oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp peppers
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can Chili
- Sour cream (for garnish)
- Roma tomatoes (diced; for garnish)
- scallions (diced; for garnish)
Preparation steps

Heat a large stock pot over high heat. When the pot is hot add the meat and sauté for 8 minutes. Next add the onions and garlic and sauté for 5-7 minutes more.

Next add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring the pot of chili to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 2 hours.

Taste the chili for seasoning and adjust as necessary. Serve the chili in bowls and garnish with sour cream, diced tomatoes and green onions.
