300 grams Natural yogurt
100 grams cream cheese
3 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 pinch sugar
5 sprigs parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the flesh into slices. Rinse the watercress and transfer to the plates.

Mix the yogurt with the cream cheese, cream, and lemon juice. Season strongly with salt, pepper, and sugar. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop finely. Mix together with the cucumber slices and the yogurt mixture. 

To serve: Serve the cucumbers on top of the watercress. Garnish with freshly ground pepper.
