500 grams Ground meat
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 egg
1 tsp medium hot Mustard
1 tsp dried thyme
8 cannellini beans
vegetable oil (for the pan)
75 grams finely grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Peel the garlic, chop finely and mix with half the tomatoes. Mix the tomatoes with salt, pepper, sugar, and wine. Knead the ground beef with the onions, remaining garlic, egg, mustard, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the uncooked cannelloni noodles with the ground beef mixture. Place them side by side in a greased baking dish. Spread the tomato sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with cheese. Cook in the oven for about 40 minutes. To serve, garnish with fresh herbs and serve with a small salad, if desired.
