- For the cake base:
- 350 grams Pastry flour
- 1 pkg Baking powder
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa
- 200 grams Quark
- 125 milliliters milk
- 125 milliliters sunflower oil
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 pkg Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- butter (for greasing)
- For the topping
- 3 cans Clementine (175 grams drained) (approximately 6 ounces)
- 5 eggs
- 750 grams Quark
- 750 grams Quark
- 750 grams Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsps cornstarch
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 220 grams sugar
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation steps

For the cake base: Combine all ingredients and knead until smooth. Roll out on a floured work surface. Grease a baking sheet, line with parchment paper and then line with the dough.

For the topping: Drain the clementines. Separate the eggs and whip the egg whites until very stiff. Stir the egg yolks with the remaining ingredient (except the clementines) until smooth. Fold in the egg whites and then spread over the cake base. Cover with the clementines and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (approximately 350°F) for about 60-70 minutes. Let cool and then serve dusted with powdered sugar.
