- 2 Clementine
- 1 pc fresh ginger (about 10 grams)
- 1 sprig mint
- 2 tsps honey
- 11 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)

Preparation steps
Peel clementines. Working over a bowl to catch the juices, cut between membranes to remove whole segments.
Peel ginger root and chop very finely.
Rinse mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into fine strips.
Mix honey, clementine juice, ginger and yogurt together in a bowl and add clementine segments.
Divide clementine yogurt between two bowls or glasses, sprinkle with mint and serve.
