50 grams dried Mangoes (chopped)
50 grams dried Pineapple (chopped)
3 egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice
140 grams sugar

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 150°C (approximately 300°F).

Place coconut flakes in a freezer bag and crush coarsely with rolling pin.

Beat egg whites in a bowl with lemon juice until stiff and gradually add sugar until mixture is glossy white. Carefully fold in crushed coconut, shredded coconut, pineapple and mango. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Create small piles of coconut mixture (approximately 2 teaspoons each) on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Let cool and then serve.
