1 small Papaya

1 small, green chili pepper
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps chopped Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Peel papaya, cut in half, remove the core and dice papaya fruit into small cubes. Rinse chile peppers, halve, remove seeds and cut into fine strips.

Peel garlic cloves and finely chop. Bring coconut milk to a boil. Add papaya, chile peppers, garlic and salt and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Simmer until papaya is cooked.

3.

Puree soup with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt. Serve coconut soup hot garnished with chives.
