- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 350 milliliters milk
Preparation steps

Dissolve the coffee in a cup with a little hot water. Peel the banana and coarsely chop. Puree the banana, lemon juice, sugar, and coffee until smooth.

Gradually add the milk and stir until combined. Pour the shake into glasses and serve immediately.
