7 ozs low fat Buttermilk

Preparation steps

1.

Peel cucumber and chop. Set aside a few pieces for garnish, if desired.

Peel garlic and puree in a blender along with the cucumber cubes and yogurt. Stir in buttermilk and season with sugar, hot-pepper sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Transfer to bowls and garnish with cucumber. Serve sprinkled with dill.
