1 small muskmelon
1 small Charentais melon
3 Tbsps powdered sugar (to taste)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
250 milliliters semi-dry white wine
lemon zest
Ice cubes

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse melons, cut in half crosswise and remove the seeds. Cut out about 10 small melon balls per serving and scoop the remaining flesh from the halves. Puree melon pulp with powdered sugar, lemon juice, wine and ice cubes, stir in the melon balls and refrigerate.

2.

To serve, pour cold melon soup in plates and garnish with lemon zest.
