Preparation steps

1.

Peel, core and chop papaya. Cut lime cut in half, cut 1 slice and set aside. Squeeze remaining lime halves.

2.

Add papaya, lime juice, sugar and buttermilk to a tall vessel, puree well and refrigerate for about 1 hour. To serve, transfer the contents to a glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with lime slice and lemon balm.
