- 100 grams Green cabbage
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Horseradish (from a jar)
- 2 pinches sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 4 sheets Oak leaf lettuce
- 4 Multi-grain roll
- 30 grams Alfalfa sprouts
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the cabbage, cut into fine strips and mix with mayonnaise and horseradish. Season with sugar, salt and pepper.
2.
Peel the carrot and the onion. Cut the onion into strips and cut the carrot into thin sticks. Rinse the lettuce leaves and shake dry.
3.
Cut the bread horizontally and compose coleslaw, carrots, onions and sprouts into sandwiches. Serve.
