- 14 ozs colorful carrots
- 1 Apple
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- peppers
- ½ bunch Chives
- 2 ozs Goat cheese
Preparation steps
1.
Clean carrots, wash and cut into long strips with a peeler. Wash the apple, halve, core and cut into thin slices.

For the dressing, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper and mix with carrot strips and apple slices.
3.
Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Crumble the goat cheese. Sprinkle both over the salad before serving.
