- 1 small Cantaloupe
- 1 small Galia melon
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 250 grams Mozzarella
- 200 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- 1 handful Basil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Halve the melons, scrape out the cores, cut the halves into columns and cut off the shell. Arrange together on large plates.

Peel the eggs and cut in half. Drain the cheese and break apart into large pieces. Arrange both decorateively with the melons along with the ham. Chop the basil coarsely and shower over the salad.
3.
For the dressing, mix the lemon juice with the oil and drizzle over the salad. Serve seasoned with pepper.
