Preparation steps

1.

Trim the corn, and cook for 20 minutes in boiling salted water.

2.

Crumble the goat cheese. Rinse and dry the cilantro, then finely chop the leaves.

3.

Mix the goat cheese with the cilantro, then season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.

4.

Remove the corn from the boiling water, and drain. Brush with the butter, season with salt, and cook on a hot grill for 5 minutes.

5.

Divide the corn onto 4 plates, and top with the goat cheese mixture.
