- Ingredients
- 500 grams Crabmeat
- 100 grams White bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp hot Mustard
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 scallions
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation steps
1.
Dissect the crab meat and remove any shell fragments. Add 2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs into the crab meat. Add the egg with mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and Worcestershire sauce into the crab meat, and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse the scallions, trim, cut into thin rings and add into the mixture. Mix the mixture well to form a moldable mass. Shape the mixture into small patties, coat with the remaining breadcrumbs and press well.
Fry the patties until golden brown for about 8 minutes from both sides in hot oil in a frying pan. Turn in between.
2.
Drain the patties on kitchen paper and serve to taste with salad and mashed potatoes.
