Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Rinse cranberries and crush slightly with a fork. Peel apples, quarter and core, dice. Mix with cranberries, liqueur and honey and pour into 4 serving ramekins.

Process flour with almonds, peanuts, butter, sugar, cinnamon and salt until crumbly and sprinkle over fruit.

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximatley 350°F) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Top each ramekin with one scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Serve hot.
