100 grams ground almonds
50 grams breadcrumbs
75 grams melted butter
50 grams sugar
1 tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter.

Peel the apples, cut into quarters and cut out cores. Cut the quarters into slices. Drizzle with lemon juice and spread in baking dish.

3.

Mix almonds with the breadcrumbs, melted butter, sugar and cinnamon and spread on the apple slices. Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

4.

Serve fresh from the oven or lukewarm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
