- ½ cup water
- ½ lemon (juice and pared zest)
- 7 ozs mixed Fruit (cherries, sliced peaches, orange segments)
- ⅔ cup Greek yogurt
- vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot (mit Deckel), 1 Measuring cups, 1 Large knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tea strainer, 1 Small bowl, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Paper towel
Preparation steps
1.
Put the sugar, water, lemon juice and zest into a pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 4-5 minutes until it forms a thin syrup. Remove the lemon zest and set aside to cool.

Pour the syrup over the prepared fruit and chill for 2-3 hours.

Put the fruit in 2 heatproof glasses or dishes and spoon over the yoghurt to cover the fruit.

Heat the grill to its highest setting.

Put the dishes on a grill tray and sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon demerara sugar. Grill for about 2 minutes, until the sugar has melted and caramelised. Serve immediately.
