- 6 slices Mini white bread loaf
- 1 tsp butter
- 250 grams grainy cream cheese
- 75 grams toasted, ground Hazelnuts
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 bunch mixed Fresh herbs (such as arsley, mint, basil, watercress)
- 3 largest possible Hazelnuts
- 6 Fresh herbs
Preparation steps

Toast slices of white bread in a pan coated in butter, remove and allow to cool a little.

Drain cream cheese well, mix in ground nuts and herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste and spread onto the bread. Garnish each with half a nut and a sprig of herbs and serve.
