1 tsp dried black garlic (or black cumin/sesame seeds)

Preparation steps

1.

Clean, wash and finely slice the radishes. Mix with sesame seeds, oil and 1 pinch of pepper. Wash watercress and shake dry. Toast bread lightly.

2.

Spread slices of bread with cream cheese, top with marinated radishes and watercress and serve sprinkled with black garlic.
